US 101 Double IPA

This IPA is inspired by the famous highway that follows the West Coast of the US through California, Oregon and Washington. On a trip along the 101, head brewer Belinda found exciting breweries brewing very hoppy, alcoholic beers. At 10.1% alcohol and an IBU of 101, this beer is all about the numbers but it is remarkably balanced.
